The pool swim season will continue through the end of the day on Saturday, September 12th!!!
We are able to extend the season based in part on the forecast for next week.
The pool will be staffed tomorrow through Monday with lifeguards and go back to "Swim at your own risk" on Tuesday.
Please remind anyone using your card from your household to clean up after themselves, make sure the small umbrellas are closed, and all toys removed from the pool. Please don't put any loose trash in the large containers, but use the smaller trash cans around the pool deck. (Anything going in the large trash cans should be in a bag that is tied shut) This is your pool, so please treat it like you would your home.
Hours are , 11am - 10pm this weekend and next and 11am - 9pm during the week.

The Annual Doggie Dive is coming up soon!
It will be Sunday, September 13th from Noon until 1:00pm at the Heathrow Pool!
Plan now to bring your furry friends up for a dive in the pool to finish off our summer of events!

Improvement Requests
If you are making an improvement to your home, deck and/or patio, please ensure that you fill out a
“Home Improvement Approval” form 30 days PRIOR to starting the work.
Complete the form, scan any attachments required, and email it to the following address: heathrowsubdivision@gmail.com and it will get to each Trustee from there.
All changes to the exterior of the house and lot property must be submitted to and approved by the Trustees.
If the homeowner makes changes without that approval and the change is subsequently found to be unacceptable, the homeowner will be required to correct the situation at his/her cost.

Welcome to the Heathrow Subdivision Website. We hope you find the site useful and would love to receive your feedback on how to make this website more beneficial to all of the residents. We are a Community in Oakville, MO also known as South Oaks. The Community consists of 120 parcels, one of which is the Private swimming pool operating as Heathrow Bath Club. We typically meet once a year in the spring to conduct business and hear from our residents.
